  • Any unscheduled downtime exceeding 12 consecutive hours will be compensated with service credit on the next billing cycle.

b. Technical Support

  • Standard support available via email (within 24 business hours).
  • Priority SLA support for enterprise clients includes:
    • Emergency issue response within 4 hours.

    • Resolution timeline based on severity.

c. Platform Performance Warranty

  • Services including Pest Detection, Seed Recommendation, and Drone Analytics are warranted to deliver consistent and reproducible outputs under standard usage conditions.
  • In case of malfunction or disruption, we offer system diagnostics, patch deployment, or data rollback.

d. Limitations

  • Warranty excludes issues caused by:
