These Subscription Cancellation Terms govern how users can cancel, modify, or manage their subscription plans for Agrinofyβs AI-powered agriculture services.
1. Subscription Plans
Agrinofy offers various subscription-based services, including:
- AI-Powered Precision Farming Tools
- Digital Agriculture Advisory Services (DAS)
- Pest & Disease Detection Platform
- Climate Smart Farming Dashboards
- AgriAI SaaS Tools
Each subscription may be monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan chosen at the time of sign-up.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. User-Initiated Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard or by emailing
support@agrinofy.com
. - Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the current cycle expires.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period.
b. Free Trial Period (if applicable)
- Some plans may include a 7-day free trial.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
- If not canceled, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
- Exceptions may apply only if:

4. Auto-Renewal Terms
- All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
- You may turn off auto-renewal at any time via account settings.
5. Reactivation After Cancellation
- If you cancel and later wish to resume, you may reactivate your account anytime.
- Your historical data and configurations may be retained for up to 30 days after cancellation, subject to storage limits.
6. Agrinofy-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription under the following conditions:
- Violation of our Terms of Use
- Fraudulent or unauthorized use of services
- Failure to make payment after grace period
- Security or legal concerns regarding misuse of AI services
In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
