1 General Policy Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through agrinofy.com and the following Agrinofy ecosystem platforms:
- Agrinofy Exim (agrinofy.com/shop) β agricultural export products
- Agrinofy Seed (seed.agrinofy.com) β premium seeds
- BeejGhor (beejghor.com) β seed marketplace
- Farmsfy (farmsfy.com) β fresh produce marketplace
- CharaGhor (charaghor.agrinofy.com) β livestock marketplace
Each product category has specific return conditions outlined in Section 4. We encourage you to review the relevant section before requesting a return.
2 Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return or refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within the applicable time window (see Section 4).
- The item is in its original, unused condition with original packaging intact.
- You have proof of purchase β order confirmation email or order number.
- The reason for return falls within the accepted categories below.

3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to health, safety, agricultural, and business reasons:
β’ Opened or used seed packets (contamination risk)
β’ Perishable fresh produce from Farmsfy (cannot be restocked)
β’ Live livestock purchased through CharaGhor
β’ Customized or special-order products
β’ Digital products, downloadable content, or subscriptions
β’ Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
β’ Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition
β’ Products where the return window has expired
β’ Gift cards or vouchers
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
4 Return Policy by Product Category
4.1 Seeds (Agrinofy Seed & BeejGhor)

4.2 Fresh Produce (Farmsfy)
Fresh produce is perishable and cannot be returned. However, we accept complaints for:
- Produce that arrived visibly rotten, spoiled, or heavily damaged β report with photos within 4 hours of delivery.
- Significant shortfall in quantity vs. order β report within 4 hours.
Approved complaints will receive a partial or full refund or credit toward a future order, at our discretion.
4.3 Livestock (CharaGhor)
All livestock sales are final. Before purchase, buyers are strongly encouraged to physically inspect the animal or request a video inspection. However, refunds may be considered if:
- The animal dies during transport arranged by Agrinofy β full refund or replacement.
- The animal has a serious undisclosed health condition verified by a veterinarian within 24 hours of receipt.
4.4 Agricultural Export Products (Agrinofy Exim)
For bulk and B2B export orders, return and refund terms are negotiated individually at the time of contract. Please refer to your Export Sales Agreement for specific terms. For general queries, contact info@agrinofy.com.

5 How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return or refund request:
Contact Us Within the Time Window
Email info@agrinofy.com or WhatsApp +880 1730 081897 with subject line: “Return Request β [Your Order Number]”
Provide Required Information
Include: full name, order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (required for damaged/defective claims).
Await Our Review (1β3 Business Days)
Our team will review your request and respond with a decision. We may request additional information or photos during this stage.
Return the Item (if Required)
If your return is approved and a physical return is required, we will provide the return shipping address. Items must be sent in original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Agrinofy for defective/wrong items, and by the customer for other eligible returns.
Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7β14 business days.
6 Refund Process & Timeline
6.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout:

6.2 Refund Amounts
- Full refund: Wrong item, defective item, undelivered order
- Partial refund: Partial damage, partial shortfall, conditional cases
- Store credit: Offered as an alternative in some cases, at our discretion
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7 Order Cancellation
7.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

7.2 Agrinofy-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 3β5 business days with prior notification.
8 Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong item received β exchange for the correct item
- Defective item β exchange for the same product (subject to availability)
- Sealed, unused product β exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value (difference refunded) or higher value (difference charged)
Exchange requests must be made within the same time windows as returns (see Section 2). To request an exchange, follow the same process outlined in Section 5.
9 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please take the following steps immediately:
- Do not discard the original packaging or any damaged items.
- Take clear photos and/or a video of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- Contact us at info@agrinofy.com or WhatsApp with your order number and evidence.
Upon verification, we will offer:
- A free replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund including original shipping costs
10 Wrong Item Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received.
- Do not open or use the wrong item if possible.
We will arrange:
- Collection of the wrong item at our expense, and
- Delivery of the correct item at no additional charge (subject to availability), or
- A full refund if the correct item is unavailable
11 International Orders
For international orders placed through Agrinofy Exim (agrinofy.com/shop) or Agrinofy LLC, the following additional conditions apply:
- Returns must be pre-approved in writing by Agrinofy before any item is shipped back.
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was made by Agrinofy.
- Refunds for international orders may take 10β21 business days due to international banking processes.
- Import duties, customs fees, and taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable.
- Agricultural products returned across international borders may be subject to phytosanitary and customs regulations. Buyers are responsible for compliance with their country’s import/export laws.
- Bulk B2B export orders are governed by the individual Export Sales Agreement signed at the time of order.
