Our Commitment: We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your seeds, fresh produce, and agricultural products reach you in perfect condition. This policy explains exactly how we ship, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after successful payment.

Our team verifies, packs, and quality-checks your order. Seeds are packed in climate-safe packaging to ensure freshness.

Dispatched & Tracking Sent

Your order is handed to our courier partner. You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

Delivered to Your Door

Your order arrives at the delivery address provided at checkout. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., Eid holidays, harvest season), high order volumes, or natural events. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed beyond the standard processing window.

2 Domestic Shipping

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners including Pathao, Redx, Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, and Steadfast Courier.

Our courier partners are selected based on reliability, coverage, and speed. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier for your location and order type.

Seed Packaging: All seeds are packed in moisture-proof, temperature-safe packaging to maintain germination rates during transit. Our packaging complies with Bangladesh’s agricultural product transportation standards.

All 64 district headquarters and major upazila towns across Bangladesh.

5–8 Days

Remote upazilas, char areas, hill tracts, and coastal regions. Delivery times may vary.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch β€” not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or public holidays.

5 Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Express delivery charges always apply regardless of order value. Free shipping thresholds are subject to change β€” the threshold shown at checkout is final.

6 Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for customers in Dhaka and Chattogram metro areas only.

  • Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day
  • Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends
  • Cost: ΰ§³150 flat rate (not eligible for free shipping)
Express delivery is subject to availability and stock. Not all products are eligible for express delivery β€” availability will be shown at checkout. Express delivery is not available during public holidays.

7 Fresh Produce Delivery (Farmsfy)

Fresh produce orders via Farmsfy (farmsfy.com) have special delivery conditions due to the perishable nature of the products:

  • Delivery is available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays
  • Orders placed before 8:00 PM are delivered the next morning
  • Produce is harvested fresh and delivered within 12–24 hours of harvest
  • Temperature-controlled packaging is used for sensitive produce
  • Delivery is currently available in Dhaka and Chattogram metro areas
  • Someone must be present to receive fresh produce orders β€” unattended deliveries cannot be left
Important: If fresh produce cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or no one being present to receive it, the order will be cancelled and a partial refund issued (delivery costs deducted). Perishable items cannot be re-delivered.

8 Livestock Shipping (CharaGhor)

Livestock purchased through CharaGhor (charaghor.agrinofy.com) follows special transport arrangements:

  • Transport is arranged on a case-by-case basis agreed upon at the time of purchase
  • All livestock transport complies with Bangladesh’s animal welfare and transport regulations
  • Buyers may opt for self-collection from the seller’s location
  • For Agrinofy-arranged transport, a transport fee is quoted separately based on distance and animal type
  • A veterinary health certificate accompanies all transported livestock
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon the animal leaving the seller’s premises

9 International Shipping (Agrinofy Exim)

International shipping is managed through Agrinofy Exim and Agrinofy LLC, serving buyers worldwide with premium Bangladeshi agricultural products.

  • Phytosanitary certificates are provided for all agricultural exports as required
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Agrinofy is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance in the destination country
  • All exports comply with Bangladesh Export Policy and relevant international trade regulations

  • International shipping costs are quoted individually based on destination, weight, and volume

10 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The courier partner’s name
  • A direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account on the relevant Agrinofy platform and visiting “My Orders”
  • Contacting us via WhatsApp +880 1730 081897 with your order number
  • Emailing info@agrinofy.com with subject: “Track Order β€” [Order Number]”
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch as courier systems update. If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

11 Delivery Issues

11.1 Late Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest update
  • Allow 1–2 additional business days before contacting us
  • Contact us if the order is more than 3 business days late beyond the estimate

11.2 Lost Package

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building reception
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost

11.3 Failed Delivery Attempt

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package:

  • The courier will typically attempt redelivery the next business day
  • After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges will apply for returned packages re-dispatched at your request

11.4 Wrong Delivery Address

Agrinofy is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

11.5 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for the process to report and resolve damaged shipments.
