4.2 B2B & Bulk Pricing

Bulk and B2B pricing is negotiated individually and quoted based on:

  • Seasonal availability and harvest cycles

4.3 Price Validity

Retail prices on our website are valid at the time of order placement. B2B quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation, after which a new quote must be requested. Agricultural commodity prices may fluctuate based on harvest seasons and global market conditions.

Prices are exclusive of import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other taxes in the destination country. These are entirely the buyer’s responsibility. See Section 10 for details.

Buyers with specific quality requirements β€” such as EU food safety standards, FDA compliance (USA), or FSSAI (India) β€” should specify these requirements at the time of inquiry. We will advise on feasibility and any additional certification costs.

10 Customs & Import Duties

All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, and any other charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities are entirely the buyer’s responsibility β€” unless DDP Incoterms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Agrinofy provides all required export documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance
  • We declare the correct product description, HS Code, and value on all export documents β€” we do not under-declare values for customs purposes
  • Buyers are responsible for verifying that the products they are importing comply with their country’s import regulations, including any agricultural import restrictions, phytosanitary requirements, or food safety standards
  • If a shipment is seized or rejected by customs due to import restrictions in the destination country, Agrinofy is not liable for the loss
HS Codes: We provide the correct Harmonized System (HS) codes for all exported products upon request. Please consult your country’s customs authority or a licensed customs broker regarding applicable import duties before placing a large order.

11 Returns & Refunds (Export Orders)

Due to the nature of agricultural exports, our returns and refunds policy for international orders differs from domestic policy:

SituationResolutionTime Limit
Wrong product shipped Full replacement or refund Report within 48 hours of receipt
Product damaged during transit Partial/full refund with insurance claim Report within 48 hours with photos
Quality below agreed specification Negotiated partial refund or replacement Report within 48 hours with lab report
Customs rejection in destination country Not eligible β€” buyer’s responsibility N/A
Buyer’s change of mind Not eligible after shipment Cancellation only before dispatch
Important: All quality claims for export orders must be supported by an independent third-party lab report or inspection report from an accredited agency. Claims without supporting documentation cannot be processed.

Return shipping of export goods is not feasible in most cases due to phytosanitary regulations and logistics costs. Approved claims will typically be resolved through refund or credit toward a future order.

12 Trade Compliance

Agrinofy Exim conducts all export activities in full compliance with:

  • Bangladesh Export Policy issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Bangladesh
  • Bangladesh Bank foreign exchange regulations for international payments
  • Plant Quarantine Act, Bangladesh β€” all plant-based exports carry phytosanitary certificates
  • International Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) measures under WTO agreements
  • CITES regulations β€” we do not export any wildlife or protected species products
  • International sanctions β€” we do not trade with sanctioned entities or countries
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they import comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country. Agrinofy provides documentation to support compliance but cannot guarantee acceptance by any foreign authority.

13 Limitation of Liability

Agrinofy Ltd. and Agrinofy LLC’s liability for any export transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods shipped in that specific transaction. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities arising from delayed or non-delivery
  • Losses due to price fluctuations in the destination market
  • Customs seizure, rejection, or delay by destination country authorities
  • Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the export transaction

This policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh, or resolved through mutually agreed arbitration.
